WCEU 2025 Raffle Terms & Conditions
We’re excited to celebrate WordCamp Europe 2025 with a special giveaway!
By participating in our raffle, you’ll have the chance to win a Hokusai’s The Great Wave LEGO® Art Set. Here’s everything you need to know:
1. Organizer
This raffle is organized by Sirvelia, in celebration of WordCamp Europe 2025.
2. Prize
- 1 winner will receive a LEGO Art Hokusai – The Great Wave Set.
3. Eligibility
- Open to attendees and participants of WordCamp Europe 2025 and any visitor who signs up through our raffle form.
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
4. How to Enter
To participate in the raffle:
- Subscribe to our newsletter by providing:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Only one entry per person is allowed.
By subscribing, you agree to receive occasional emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time, though doing so before the raffle draw will void your entry.
5. Raffle Period
- The raffle opens on June 6
- The raffle closes on June 7
- The winner will be selected and notified by June 7
6. Winner Selection
- The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
- The winner will be contacted via the email provided.
- If the winner does not respond within 10min, a new winner will be selected.
7. Prize Collection
- The prize must be collected in person at our booth during WordCamp Europe 2025.
- We will not ship the prize.
- If the winner does not collect the prize during the event, it will be forfeited.
- No cash or other prize substitutions are permitted.
8. Data Privacy
- The information collected (name and email) will be used solely for the purposes of the raffle and newsletter.
- We will not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

9. Other Terms
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify the raffle at any time for any reason.
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms.
